Owner

Gino, the founder of our company in 2003, is dedicated to hands-on leadership and supreme customer satisfaction. With over two decades of experience in the landscape industry and as a licensed builder, he actively leads our pool install crew on-site. When he’s not on the job he enjoys spending time with his family, CrossFit, and camping.

Owner

Eileen, a.k.a "Boss Lady," brings over 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry and holds a Business Management degree from EMU. She excels in creating efficient processes, building strong client relationships, and managing the behind-the-scenes operations of the business. In her spare time, Eileen focuses her attention on her family, faith and fitness.

Sr. Project Consultant / Designer

Stephen has been an integral part of our team since 2017. His expertise and personable approach have earned him the admiration and loyalty of his customers, who absolutely love working with him. In his free time, he enjoys researching various topics, gaming, and spending time with his wife and two kids.

Customer Relations Specialist

Stacy joined the GLC team in early 2025, bringing with her a strong background in marketing and sales. Stacy is passionate about building trust, fostering strong relationships, and making sure every customer feels confident, informed, and valued throughout their journey with us.

Project Operations Manager

Tim makes sure every project has every detail it needs to succeed. He also manages several vendor relationships, ensuring top-tier service and timely communication every step of the way. Outside of work, Tim enjoys quality time with his family and staying active in the Downriver community.

Sr.  Vice President of Client Services

Mike joined the GLC team in the spring of 2025 after experiencing the GLC difference firsthand as a pool customer. He was so impressed by the quality of work, professionalism, and overall experience that he came out of retirement to be a part of it. With a wealth of business knowledge and leadership experience, Mike brings fresh perspective and energy to our team. His passion for excellence and commitment to our mission is helping us chase some big goals—and we’re absolutely thrilled to have him on board.

Accounting Specialist

Kristen brings a strong background in accounting along with a passion for customer service, making her a valuable addition to the GLC team. In her role as Accounting Specialist, she works closely with our team to support job tracking, ensuring projects stay organized and on course. Her attention to detail, reliability, and team-first mindset make her an integral part of our office and overall customer support.

Fleet & Equipment Mechanic

Jeff joined the GLC team in 2022 and brings over 40 years of hands-on mechanical experience to the table. A true jack of all trades, Jeff keeps our trucks, equipment, and operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently every day. Whether it’s diagnosing complex issues, fabricating solutions, or jumping in wherever he’s needed, his knowledge and problem-solving skills are invaluable. In his free time, he enjoys cruising around on his Harley.

Hardscape & Pool Foreman

TJ originally joined our team in 2016 and has been a key contributor to our growth. As a lead member of the hardscape crew, he has a passion for crafting beautiful backyards and cultivating a great work environment. When he’s not building pools and patios, he enjoys spending time outdoors and being with his family and friends.

Grounds Maintenance Foreman

Chris has been a dedicated member of our team since 2015. He is a fantastic role model for the crew, exemplifying commitment and passion for his work. Known for his unwavering loyalty, Chris never misses a day or an opportunity to support his team. He enjoys cooking, his favorite food is steak!

Landscape Team Lead

Owen joined our team in 2023 & quickly showed his eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Trained to assist across all many areas, Owen’s versatility and enthusiasm make him an asset to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports & spending time with his work family even after the job is complete.

Landscape Maintenance Lead

Martin has been a dedicated leader with us for over 7 years, bringing skill, care, and attention to detail to every project. His passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces shows in every job he leads & all of our customers adore him. When he's not transforming landscapes, he enjoys spending time with his grandbabies & making lasting memories with familia.

Landscape Installer

Luis joined the team in 2022. He works with precision and care on every project and enjoys being a part of the team. When he’s not crafting beautiful landscapes, you can find him with family and friends. He enjoys watching soccer and playing foosball.

Material & Inventory Coordinator

Andrew brings a strong background in sales & customer service to GLC, along with a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset. He is a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly. As our Material and Inventory Coordinator, Andrew ensures crews have the right materials, at the right time, to keep projects on schedule and customers happy.

Lawn Care Technician

Ezequiel joined the team in 2022. He is one of the talented members of our lawn maintenance crew. He enjoys hanging out with friends and cooking. During the off season, he enjoys watching soccer and spending time with family.

Lawn Care Team Lead

Jimmy has been with GLC since 2021. He is passionate about the work he does and it shows in the final product. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys bowling and baseball.

Hardscape Specialist 

Melchor joined our team in 2023 and has quickly become a valuable member of our hardscape crew. Recently, he has been instrumental in helping the team install pools. He loves Michigan summers and hates the cold.

Lawn Care Technician

Uriel joined the GLC team in 2025, inspired by the experiences of his brothers, Luis and Ezequiel, who were already part of the GLC family. Wanting to work alongside them and be part of the strong culture they spoke so highly of, he was eager to join the team. Uriel brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning as he grows within the company.

Landscape Installer 

Benjamin joined the GLC team in 2025, bringing with him a solid background in heavy equipment operation. Eager to take on a new challenge, he’s diving into the world of pools & landscaping with enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn. Benjamin is excited to build on his existing skills while gaining hands-on experience in the field, making him a great fit for our growing team.

Landscape Craftsman

Vicente has been part of the GLC team since 2022, contributing to both beautification and maintenance projects. Since day one, he’s shown a strong work ethic and a commitment to growth—always eager to learn, improve, and take on new challenges. But perhaps the best thing about Vicente is his personality—he brings great energy to every job and lifts up everyone around him.
