Gino Lucia
Owner
Gino, the founder of our company in 2003, is dedicated to hands-on leadership and supreme customer satisfaction. With over two decades of experience in the landscape industry and as a licensed builder, he actively leads our pool install crew on-site. Gino is passionate about setting ambitious goals for the team and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve them. When he’s not on the job he enjoys spending time with his family, CrossFit, and camping.
Eileen Lucia
Owner
Eileen, a.k.a "Boss Lady," brings over 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry and holds a Business Management degree from EMU. She excels in creating efficient processes, building strong client relationships, and managing the behind-the-scenes operations of the business. In her spare time, Eileen focuses her attention on her family, faith and fitness.
Stephen Fritz
Sr. Project Consultant
Stephen has been an integral part of our team since 2017. His expertise and personable approach have earned him the admiration and loyalty of his customers, who absolutely love working with him. In his free time, he enjoys researching various topics, gaming, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Stacy Cataldo
Customer Relations Specialist
Stacy joined the GLC team in early 2025, bringing with her a strong background in marketing and sales. Stacy is passionate about building trust, fostering strong relationships, and making sure every customer feels confident, informed, and valued throughout their journey with us.
Lilly Koziol
operations & Project Coordinator
Lilly has been an invaluable member of the GLC team for three years. She wears many hats and assists where she is needed, whether that be in the office or running supplies to team members in the field. She loves photography and her two cats. In her spare time you can find her on the lake somewhere Up North.

Sr. Vice President of Client Services
Mike joined the GLC team in the spring of 2025 after experiencing the GLC difference firsthand as a pool customer. He was so impressed by the quality of work, professionalism, and overall experience that he came out of retirement to be a part of it. With a wealth of business knowledge and leadership experience, Mike brings fresh perspective and energy to our team. His passion for excellence and commitment to our mission is helping us chase some big goals this year—and we’re absolutely thrilled to have him on board.

Chris has been a dedicated member of our team since 2015. He is a fantastic role model for the crew, exemplifying commitment and passion for his work. Known for his unwavering loyalty, Chris never misses a day or an opportunity to support his team. He enjoys cooking, his favorite food is steak! In his free time, he enjoys watching football and playing with his pup, George.

Ryan brings years of experience in the landscape industry to GLC, along with a deep understanding of both the trade and the day-to-day workflow that keeps projects running smoothly. He works closely with our crews to stay on schedule, maintain quality, and deliver the 5-star experience our customers expect. With strong leadership, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, Ryan is a key part of driving successful outcomes on every job.

Lawn Maintenance Crew
Jimmy has been with GLC since 2021. He is passionate about the work he does and it shows in the final product. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys bowling and baseball. His hobbies include video games and trapshooting.
Owen Gallagher
Landscape Team Lead
Owen joined our team in 2023 and has quickly shown his eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Trained to assist across all areas, whether it’s maintenance, hardscape, or landscape, Owen’s versatility and enthusiasm make him an asset to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports and spending time with his work family even after the job is complete.

Uriel joined the GLC team in 2025, inspired by the experiences of his brothers, Luis and Ezequiel, who were already part of the GLC family. Wanting to work alongside them and be part of the strong culture they spoke so highly of, he was eager to join the team. Uriel brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning as he grows within the company.

Luis joined the team in 2022. He works with precision and care on every project and enjoys being a part of the team. When he’s not crafting beautiful landscapes, you can find him with family and friends. He enjoys watching soccer and playing foosball.

Melchor joined our team in 2023 and has quickly become a valuable member of our hardscape crew. Recently, he has been instrumental in helping the team install pools. He loves Michigan summers and hates the cold.
TJ Moreno
Hardscape Crew lead
TJ originally joined our team in 2016 and has been a key contributor to our growth. As a lead member of the hardscape crew, he has a passion for crafting beautiful backyards and cultivating a great work environment. When he’s not building pools and patios, he enjoys spending time outdoors and being with his family and friends. His hobbies include four-wheeling, fishing, and cooking.

Benjamin joined the GLC team in 2025, bringing with him a solid background in heavy equipment operation. Eager to take on a new challenge, he’s diving into the world of pools & landscaping with enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn. Martin has been a dedicated Landscape Foreman with us for over 5 years, bringing skill, care, and attention to detail to every project. His passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces shows in every job he leads and all of the GLC customers adore him. When he's not transforming landscapes, he enjoys spending time with his grandbabies and making lasting memories with familia.

Jeff joined the team in 2022. He has over 40 years of experience in the mechanical field. He is a master in his trade and the best around!
