What You’ll Do
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and soil amendments using industry best practices and MDARD compliance
Monitor lawn and plant health and make treatment recommendations
Keep detailed, accurate application logs and service records
Maintain equipment and support routing efficiency
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
What You Bring
Current MDARD Fertilizer Applicator License
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions
Attention to detail, teamwork mindset, and professionalism
